Frequently Asked Questions
Question: Are there any hidden charges/fees?
Answer: No there is not! We are upfront and clear about all of our charges before we book your move. On an average move we charge a fuel charge but that is the only fee that we have. We do have a separate pricing structure for pianos, safes, bulky exercise equipment, and pool tables because they require tools and manpower outside of a normal move. However, we make sure that you know about that if it's going to be an issue BEFORE we get you on the books. Other than that we strictly charge a FIXED FLAT RATE with our “NO SURPRISE CHARGE GUARANTEE” for all of our moving services. Many companies will give a “flat rate” then charge fees if you have too many boxes, if there are steps, if there is disassembly/assembly involved, if your move goes beyond the estimated time, if there are multiple stops, and so on. It’s very important to ask and know about all possible fees before you hire your moving company. We want our customers to be happy with us when your move is complete so we have decided to not follow our competition in their fee structure.

Question: Is hiring professional movers expensive?
Answer: Movers are not as expensive as you might think. We do everything we can to keep our prices low and our quality high. Plus, by the time you rent the truck, the equipment, take off of work, call all of your family and friends to take off of their work, possibly damage your belongings and/or homes, etc it's a real hassle. That's all not to mention the real possibility of you or getting injured with a pulled back, torqued shoulder, or possibly even worse. We are here to take all of that moving worry off you!

Question: Are you licensed and insured?
Answer: Yes, we are currently a licensed home goods mover in Ohio. It is very important to make sure that your moving company is licensed AND insured. Otherwise there may be no recourse available to you if the services provided are unsatisfactory or even fraudulant. Also the state requires that as a licensed home goods mover you carry at least $5,000 in cargo coverage. Although we cut as many operational expenses as possible we do not shy away from investing in our customers’ peace of mind. We didn’t think that $5,000 of coverage was enough to keep our customers’ minds at ease so we purchased a $150,000 policy! It's important to make sure that you know your movers are properly insured. Otherwise, should the worst happen, it is most likely going to be you the customer that loses out.

Question: Are you endorsed by any reputable 3rd party reviewers?
Answer: Yes! The links are on the homepage. We have many positive reviews and we also boast a BBB rating of “A+”, an Angie’s List rating of “A” with a “Super Service Award” for 2015!

Question: Are all of your employees trained?
Answer: Yes! David is a co-owner and our Lead Mover. He has over 25 years of experience in this industry. Every single mover that we have is trained by him. Additionally, we pay a premium to recruit the best talent in the industry. Our movers are the most punctual, trustworthy, professional, and careful available! The reason that we do this is simple. It is an investment in the satisfaction of our customers, a thing that we treasure.
